I’m Yunus Emre Bolat, an architecture graduate from Marmara University as second place, where my academic and professional journey has been shaped by curiosity, creativity, and a deep passion for learning. For me, architecture is more than building design—it's about creating meaningful spaces that respond to people, place, and purpose.
Over the past years, I’ve actively participated in over fifty national and international competitions, earning multiple awards and honorable mentions. These experiences have sharpened my ability to approach design challenges with empathy, innovation, and critical thinking. From post-disaster housing concepts to adaptive reuse interior projects, my portfolio reflects a broad range of explorations in sustainability, resilience, and user-focused design.
In addition to design competitions, I’ve gained practical experience through internships in both site construction and architectural offices. I also served as a researcher intern on a TÜBİTAK-supported cultural heritage documentation project, strengthening my skills in architectural analysis, digitization, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
I believe architecture thrives at the intersection of imagination and responsibility. I’m eager to contribute to visionary teams where design is treated as a tool for social impact, ecological awareness, and future-oriented solutions. Let’s build spaces that matter—today and for the generations to come.
